STON.fi is hiring a Marketing Manager to develop strategic marketing plans that increase brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and support product growth for our expanding DeFi product suite. You’ll get full ownership of a complex, strategic product and help build the infrastructure that will power next-generation DeFi applications.

What You'll Do

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for products, services, and promotional campaigns.
Analyze data from analytics platforms and search consoles to identify growth opportunities.
Create and manage detailed media plans.
Execute promotional campaigns, analyze their effectiveness, and report on results.
Design prototypes for landing pages, oversee production, coordinate tasks, and approve outcomes.
Craft and execute targeted advertising and PPC campaigns, working independently or coordinating with external vendors.
Produce diverse types of content, including landing pages, social media posts, and advertising creatives.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
Implement and utilize analytical systems to monitor and report on campaign performance.
Engage in content marketing and leverage user-generated content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in marketing roles.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth, user acquisition, and engagement.
Strong proficiency in analyzing data from analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
Experience in creating and managing detailed media plans, including budgeting and timeline coordination.
Demonstrated success in executing promotional campaigns, measuring their effectiveness, and producing clear, actionable reporting.
Basic to intermediate skills in designing landing pages and digital prototypes, with the ability to oversee production and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
Expertise in planning and running targeted advertising and PPC campaigns, both independently and through collaboration with external vendors.
Excellent content creation skills encompassing various formats such as social media posts, ads, and email marketing.
Strong project management and coordination abilities, capable of juggling multiple initiatives and ensuring timely delivery.
Fluent in both Russian and English (spoken and written).
