Spotted Zebra is seeking a Marketing Lead for a parental leave cover to play a pivotal role in driving our strategy and execution. You'll collaborate across executive leadership, sales, product, and customer success in this hands-on, high-impact role where strategic thinking meets execution—from shaping product narratives to optimising marketing channels.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the overall marketing strategy to deliver marketing qualified leads, sales pipeline, and revenue.
- Lead product and feature launches, including messaging, positioning, website landing pages, press engagement, social media content, internal announcements, and collateral.
- Create and optimise sales decks, one-pagers, digital sales room content, executive summaries, competitor insights, and demo updates.
- Assist executives with creation of social media content, and secure/develop brand/product aligned content for podcasts and event materials.
- Support customer success by writing award submissions, case studies, and customer communications.
- Produce articles, white papers, guides, webinars, videos/animations, and LinkedIn content to drive engagement and thought leadership.
- Plan and execute owned and sponsored events, including concept ideation, agendas, branding, collateral, and coordination with organisers and internal teams.
- Maintain consistent messaging across website, digital assets, email signatures, LinkedIn headers, and internal templates; optimise website for SEO and lead generation.
- Manage analyst relations submissions and briefings to maintain visibility with key industry analysts.
- Oversee marketing tools, contractors/agencies, and track campaign performance and budgets. Utilise AI to enhance marketing initiatives and output.
- Monitor social listening, surface actionable insights, and continuously improve marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience owning and executing a full marketing strategy to drive leads and revenue.
- Strong background in hands-on content creation across multiple formats: sales collateral, articles, webinars, video, and social media.
- Expertise in leading product launches, from messaging and positioning to launch execution.
- Experience managing marketing tools, agencies, budgets, and campaign performance tracking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Skill in maintaining brand consistency across all digital and internal assets.
- Experience with SEO optimisation, analyst relations, and event planning.
