FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is hiring a Marketing Data Analyst to lead audience development and data analysis for our Marketing department. In this role, you will examine market and organizational statistics to provide optimization recommendations, using analytics to create compelling narratives that drive decision-making. What You'll Do
- Evaluate and analyze data for the Marketing department and credit union, creating hypotheses for optimization.
- Analyze Marketing campaign performance against forecasts and operational metrics.
- Manage FourLeaf’s marketing database, including maintaining data, system updates, and monitoring capabilities.
- Assist in developing strategy based on the database.
- Lead product line reporting and visualizations, including dashboards, custom visualizations, and ad hoc analysis on large data sets.
- Clearly communicate processes and results to technical and non-technical audiences, leading critical discussions.
- Lead audience development and optimization across product lines.
- Manage partner agencies to develop propensity models and audience segments aligned with organizational goals.
- Work with Marketing and Compliance teams to ensure models and audience outcomes are within regulatory guidelines.
- Document processes and procedures for collecting and disseminating data, reporting, audience lists, and suppression files.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing data processes.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Data Specialist on opportunities with household appends, Claritas P$YCLE segments, and other third-party vendors.
- Mentor and lead quality assurance for the Marketing Data Team, guiding team members to build analytical skills and uphold accurate analytics.
- Handle special projects as assigned by AVP Marketing Segmentation Strategy and FVP Marketing.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Science/Analytics.
- 8–10 years of experience in business data science.
- Expert in data analytics, management, and visualization with experience in Snowflake, Altair Monarch Data Prep Studio or Sigma, and PowerBI.
- Quick study and motivated.
Nice to Have
- Prior marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in a financial institution preferred.
