Key Responsibilities
- Establish and promote widely adopted product metrics, making them available through self-serve platforms with clear, company-wide definitions.
- Evaluate the impact of product launches by tracking adoption and performance, delivering regular updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to influence roadmap decisions by identifying business opportunities and addressing challenges with data.
- Develop intuitive BI tools and documented data models to enable independent exploration and reduce dependency on technical teams.
- Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives such as workshops and training sessions to strengthen data fluency across product teams.
- Contribute to a unified BI vision by aligning roadmap priorities with broader data community goals.
- Support enterprise-wide efforts to standardize dashboard design, improve data literacy, and maintain a centralized data catalog.
- Champion consistent methodologies and best practices in data analysis and visualization across departments.
- Deepen technical expertise in ad-tech systems and data infrastructure to own the full analytics lifecycle.
- Support onboarding and development of new analysts through clear documentation and mentorship.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring at least five years of experience in data analysis, with a degree in a quantitative field such as business intelligence, engineering, or mathematics. Strong fluency in SQL and BI platforms is essential, along with proven ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. A proactive mindset, sharp analytical reasoning, and excellent communication in English are required.
Preferred experience includes working with Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools, cloud data platforms like BigQuery or Snowflake, and prior exposure to digital advertising or coding. French proficiency is a plus.
