Humana is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Black Optix Tint team. You’ll play a key role in shaping brand presence and supporting franchisees with creative, innovative marketing solutions. This position combines organizational skills with creative flair to deliver campaigns that drive results.

What You'll Do

Create engaging social media content.
Assist in corporate communications with franchisees, including email newsletters, brand announcements, and webinars.
Support franchisees by setting up and managing social accounts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
Design and produce impactful marketing assets such as presentation decks, print materials, social graphics, email campaigns, and paid ads.
Organize and maintain marketing resources across platforms like OneDrive, Gorilla Dash, and internal systems.
Present confidently in virtual and live settings, including Discovery Day Tours, webinars, and training sessions.
Collaborate with leadership to deliver consistent, compelling brand communications.
Stay ahead of trends and share fresh ideas to keep marketing strategies current.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Marketing or Business OR 1-3 years of related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years of graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
Strong communication and customer service skills, including handling franchisee support calls and responding promptly to team communications.
Ability to thrive independently while collaborating with a remote team.
Knowledge of marketing tools like Meta Business Manager, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
