Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SWE brand & shopper teams and internal content development team to deliver high quality mktg assets.
- Set and host a regular f2f connections with brand & shopper team on planned projects & WoW.
- Lead the development of high-quality creative content (video and non-video) that aligns with market needs and media requirements.
- Brief and guide inhouse content production team on creative asset and assign a proper skillset needed.
- Provide recommendations to optimize resource allocation and risk management in collaboration with the Account Management Team Lead and Content Production Lead.
- Oversee up to 15 simultaneous projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail, ensuring all briefs are complete, technically accurate, and align with media specifications.
- Manage SWE markets production calendars, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring efficient resource use.
- Act as a central liaison between SWE brand teams, in-house content production team, external production agencies, and media partners.
- Ensure feedback and client requirements are addressed promptly, and escalate critical issues to leadership when needed.
- Foster collaboration across internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Deliver data-driven reports on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and actionable solutions.
