Due to ongoing organizational expansion, we are recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Associate who will facilitate our marketing strategy's implementation and support our corporate communications framework. Requirements: - Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director and Marketing Manager to implement marketing strategies across Colonis' product range. - Coordinate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, compliant marketing materials are developed, produced, and distributed. - Assist in launching new products and managing lifecycle initiatives for existing product lines. - Create and execute marketing content and campaigns aligned with strategic goals, ensuring timely dissemination across teams, partners, and relevant markets. - Generate on-brand marketing content across multiple communication channels. - Design and implement marketing campaigns and event strategies - Manage logistical arrangements for international events (CPHi, Trade shows, conferences) - Support website development and social media engagement. - Collaborate with Colonis' PR agency to execute corporate communications strategy, maintaining brand voice, values, and external positioning. - Ensure all external communications are thoroughly reviewed, approved, and distributed through appropriate channels. - Coordinate across Regulatory, Medical, Business Development, and Commercial departments to maintain messaging consistency. - Engage with key stakeholders to gather insights and ensure campaign effectiveness. - Assist in preparing internal and external presentations, including investor and partner meetings. - Support organization of team offsite events, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
