Hunt St is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing efforts. You will be instrumental in driving lead generation, executing campaigns, and managing day-to-day activities across SDR and marketing functions.
What You'll Do
- Manage WordPress for SEO content and website optimization, dedicating 15 hours per week to this task.
- Coordinate logistics for 6+ conferences and events throughout the year.
- Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and flyers using Canva.
- Use Salesforce to create and update campaigns, vetting and verifying information.
- Conduct email marketing and audience management with Mailchimp.
- Build prospect lists by scraping contact data from websites and adding it to the database.
- Upload business card data from conferences and maintain mailing lists.
- Create and schedule LinkedIn posts for various events.
- Complete import/export documentation and filing tasks.
- Handle general administrative duties and assist with special marketing projects.
What We're Looking For
- A creative, positive mindset with a proactive approach to work.
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress website backends, including management, updates, and independent troubleshooting.
- Proven competency using Canva for marketing and design assets.
- Experience with Mailchimp for email campaigns.
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo for lead generation or data research.
- Experience in the events industry is highly regarded, with an understanding of event logistics and timelines.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce and Xero is an advantage.
