Distro was looking for a Marketing and Strategy Specialist

Distro is hiring a Marketing and Strategy Specialist to be the engine behind our B2B demand generation. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting qualified prospects to our sales team across 27 states, ensuring the right message reaches facility managers, property managers, and key decision-makers.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute B2B performance marketing strategies
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and industry platforms
  • Build and optimize large-scale lead generation funnels
  • Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts
  • Implement marketing automation for long sales cycles
  • Optimize paid campaigns with annual budgets exceeding $500K
  • Lead SEO and Local SEO strategies across multiple locations
  • Create dashboards and KPIs for executive leadership
  • Support M&A and growth by acquisition initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Performance Marketing
  • Experience managing large budgets and complex sales cycles
  • Mastery of HubSpot (mandatory)
  • Solid knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and advanced SEO
  • Analytical mindset and results orientation

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Marketo or Emfluence
  • Experience in multi-location businesses and Local SEO
