As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a central role in implementing brand strategies across Argentina and Chile, working closely with the Brand Manager to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans. Your responsibilities will span campaign rollouts, product launches, and promotional activations, all aligned with broader regional objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of local marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Oversee event planning, including logistics, materials production, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Serve as the primary local contact for field teams, ensuring effective deployment of campaigns, point-of-sale assets, and promotional tools.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers, managing contracts, purchase orders, and payments while maintaining strict budget control.
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics such as sell-in, sell-out, engagement, and campaign uptake, delivering post-activity insights.
  • Monitor market and competitive trends, providing actionable updates and analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Support inventory management by forecasting demand for marketing materials and overseeing stock levels and reorders.
  • Ensure all marketing activities meet internal compliance standards and maintain proper documentation for audits and approvals.
  • Prepare marketing updates and sales enablement content for field teams to support brand messaging consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Compliance to align initiatives and streamline processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance marketing efficiency and recommend improvements in tools, workflows, or execution approaches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing within FMCG, beauty, or consumer luxury sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Experience in budget tracking and financial reporting, with solid understanding of cost control processes.
  • Proficiency in coordinating external partners, including agencies and vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring KPIs and generating performance summaries.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Work Environment

This position operates locally within Argentina and Chile, supporting marketing activities across both markets. The role emphasizes collaboration, precision, and proactive problem-solving in a regulated environment.
