We are recruiting an accomplished Qualitative Report Writer and Research Analyst to oversee and execute impactful global qualitative research initiatives in pharmaceutical and healthcare domains. The role entails transforming intricate data into meaningful insights, crafting persuasive client-oriented reports, and delivering strategic guidance for business decision-making. You will engage with interdepartmental teams while maintaining direct client communications, guaranteeing project completion with exceptional quality. This position provides remote work flexibility within the EST time zone and involvement in a dynamic, growth-driven research environment with exposure to premier global brands. Accountabilities - Simultaneously manage multiple qualitative research projects, maintaining rigorous timelines and quality benchmarks. - Function as primary client liaison, providing project updates, addressing challenges, and nurturing professional relationships. - Design customized discussion guides, screeners, and interview frameworks for each research endeavor. - Conduct qualitative data analysis and generate insightful, actionable reports and strategic recommendations in PowerPoint. - Convert findings into coherent narratives highlighting market dynamics, consumer patterns, and business implications. - Coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success. - Undertake minimal travel for client meetings or research activities. Requirements - 4–8 years of experience in global qualitative market research within healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors. - Proven capability to produce superior, client-ready reports with actionable insights. - Exceptional analytical, synthesis, and narrative skills for translating research findings into strategic recommendations. - Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and additional reporting/presentation tools. - Capacity to independently and collaboratively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Outstanding client communication and relationship management capabilities. - Experience with remote work in U.S. time zones (EST preferred).
