About the Role

The recruiter will lead end-to-end hiring processes, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill open roles across technology and operations functions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential candidates using multiple sourcing channels
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications and motivation
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
  • Provide feedback to candidates in a timely and professional manner
  • Build relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive talent landscapes
  • Participate in virtual job fairs and networking events
  • Craft outreach messages tailored to specific roles and individuals
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics weekly
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve employer branding
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Evaluate sourcing effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
  • Support onboarding by transferring relevant candidate insights
  • Adhere to equal opportunity hiring practices and policies
  • Manage multiple roles across different business units simultaneously
  • Use Boolean search techniques to refine candidate searches
  • Conduct market mapping to locate talent pools for niche roles
  • Escalate complex hiring challenges to senior team members
  • Contribute to process improvements in recruitment workflows
