What You'll Do
- Lead clinical strategy and medical direction for the Dallas market
- Develop and implement patient-centered care models and clinical protocols
- Drive operational excellence and quality improvement initiatives
- Foster collaborative relationships with providers and clinical teams
- Guide market-level clinical decision-making and resource allocation
What We're Looking For
- Current, unrestricted Texas medical license
- Board certification in a primary care or relevant specialty
- Proven experience in medical leadership or directorship roles
- Strong clinical acumen and commitment to evidence-based medicine
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
