Aledade is seeking a Market Manager, Flex to support our network of providers and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in advancing value-based care initiatives within designated markets.
What You'll Do
- Support provider networks and ACOs to achieve quality and financial goals.
- Develop and implement market-specific strategies to enhance care delivery.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with partner providers and practice staff.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align resources with market needs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in healthcare operations, value-based care, or network management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
Work Mode
This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates are ideally located near Alexandria, LA or Detroit, MI.
