Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (healthcare administration or business preferred).
- 7+ years in healthcare; 5+ years leading site or multisite operations.
- Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams.
- P&L ownership/management experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in behavioral health, autism services, or pediatric care.
- Experience scaling services or opening new locations.
- Background in a high growth or startup environment.
