About the Role
Lead the development and implementation of market access strategies by shaping compelling value dossiers and supporting evidence generation to enable patient access to innovative aesthetic therapies in Sweden.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine value propositions for aesthetic products tailored to the Swedish healthcare environment
- Lead a team responsible for market access planning and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align pricing and reimbursement strategies
- Create health economic models and dossiers to support payer negotiations
- Monitor changes in healthcare policy affecting market access in Sweden
- Represent market access interests in brand strategy discussions
- Oversee the generation of real-world evidence to support product value
- Engage with key stakeholders in payer organizations and health technology assessment bodies
- Ensure compliance with local regulations in all market access activities
- Translate clinical data into compelling economic and patient-centered narratives
- Manage external consultants and agencies involved in health economics projects
- Support launch readiness by preparing market access inputs ahead of product introduction
- Track performance of access strategies using defined metrics and feedback loops
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor access strategies in aesthetics
- Coordinate input across regions while adapting strategies to local needs
- Facilitate training for sales and medical teams on value messaging
- Participate in European-level working groups on market access policy
- Drive alignment between global evidence plans and local access requirements
- Optimize processes for faster and more effective market entry
- Ensure transparency and documentation of access decision rationales
