Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor multiple engineering teams
- Drive technical strategy and roadmap execution
- Collaborate with product and research teams to align engineering efforts
- Ensure software quality, scalability, and reliability
- Lead architectural decisions for core AI platforms
- Promote best practices in engineering workflows
- Recruit, onboard, and develop engineering talent
- Support agile development and sprint planning
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Oversee code reviews and system design processes
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term technical health
- Translate business goals into engineering initiatives
- Monitor team performance and engagement
- Represent engineering in cross-functional meetings
- Advocate for engineering needs in company planning
- Ensure alignment with data privacy and security standards
- Guide integration of machine learning models into production
- Support deployment automation and infrastructure improvements
- Manage technical debt and system refactoring efforts

- Master’s degree in computer science or related field
