TE Connectivity is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to coordinate with production employees and ensure consistency, high-quality outputs, and a clean, safe environment compliant with all standard procedures.
What You'll Do
- Develop schedules, prioritize the workload, and coordinate with team members to meet delivery schedules and targets.
- Monitor preventive maintenance of machines and equipment, maintaining records of usage, repair history, and reliability.
- Support the development of standard operating procedures and training materials, implementing initiatives related to upskilling employees.
- Train newer employees on equipment operations and safety procedures, providing effective direction to help them achieve production goals.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar leadership role.
- Completed high school education (indispensable).
- Knowledge of the SAP system.
- General computer knowledge.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Extensive experience managing personnel.
Nice to Have
- Electric pallet jack operation experience (desirable).
