TE Connectivity is looking for a Manufacturing and Process Development Engineer to provide leadership on manufacturing processes and support our organizational goals. You will perform research on products and manufacturing processes, sharing findings with senior engineering staff to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Develop production improvement goals and recommend suggestions for improvements to management.
- Evaluate unfinished products and components and recommend quality and production improvements.
- Analyze statistics related to production efficiency, safety measures, and resource usage; research effective ways for cost savings.
- Design and evaluate plans for implementing manufacturing equipment, technology, and resources to meet goals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or local equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience.
