E-Com (product team within LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY SILPO-FOOD) is hiring a Manual QA

Silpo-Food is looking for a Middle Manual QA to join our team and help ensure the quality of our Ukrainian product services. In this role, you'll be part of a team that shapes our product quality culture and partners closely with development, design, and business to create convenient, stable, and understandable services.

What You'll Do

• Test new and existing functionality.
• Mentor team members on quality matters.
• Create test documentation.
• Search for errors and defects.
• Monitor and check error logs.
• Work with user feedback.
• Participate in UI/UX product development.
• Participate in preparation and discussion of business ideas for product development.

What We're Looking For

• Desire to work on a Ukrainian product and bring joy to Ukrainians.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing of web and/or mobile applications.
• Excellent knowledge of testing theory, methodology, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to apply test design techniques.
• Knowledge of client-server architecture principles, its pros and cons.
• Knowledge of mobile application testing specifics.
• Knowledge of SQL (at CRUD level).
• Experience using API testing tools (cURL, Postman, Swagger, etc.).
• Experience working in MacOS/Linux (working with terminal).
• Experience working with version control system (pull commit or merge).
• Knowledge of basic principles of good UX/UI (ability to evaluate solutions from a user-centric design perspective).
