The salary rate may vary based on location and candidate experience. Additionally eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $20,000.00. The Manheim Mobile Inspections Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising Mobile Inspectors in a designated geographic territory. The role focuses on ensuring inspection quality and driving operational efficiency while maintaining excellence and accountability. Primary Duties & Key Responsibilities: - Manage Mobile Inspector workflow through scheduling tool and dispatching inspection requests - Enforce adherence to established inspection processes and documentation requirements - Conduct digital and in-person inspection audits and provide coaching - Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations - Optimize team productivity through strategic scheduling and monitoring - Provide client service and resolve automotive dealer concerns - Recruit, hire, onboard, and support employees - Coordinate skill-based and inspection-focused training - Perform vehicle inspections when necessary - Monitor work volumes and staffing levels - Communicate performance expectations and develop improvement strategies - Coach and empower team members - Manage company equipment procurement and tracking - Demonstrate commitment to safety protocols - Conduct performance reviews - Lead by example and champion organizational values - Enforce company policies and procedures - Execute additional assigned tasks Required Experience & Skills: - High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years relevant experience - Team leadership experience preferred - High-performance team environment adaptability - Manheim/Manheim Express inspection knowledge - Body shop, mechanical, or estimating background preferred - Technical computer proficiency - Strong change leadership abilities - Analytical business acumen - Self-motivated with ability to motivate others - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Problem-solving capabilities - Remote work and supervision experience - Adaptability in dynamic environments - Physical requirements: Vision abilities, mobility, lifting capacity - Exposure to environmental conditions - Valid driver's license with safe driving record - Regional travel requirement Drug Testing: Pre-employment drug test required.
