Key Responsibilities
- Direct the strategy and implementation of paid texting programs, from initial planning through performance analysis and optimization
- Manage 3–4 direct reports with regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and professional development planning
- Review and refine client-facing content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment
- Oversee financial tracking, forecasting, and invoicing to maintain program sustainability and scalability
- Design and execute mobile list growth strategies, measuring impact on fundraising and engagement
- Develop media plans that tie acquisition spending to measurable outcomes, adjusting based on real-time performance
- Lead hiring efforts for the texting team and contribute to onboarding new clients and staff
- Build internal training resources and improve workflows to strengthen cross-team collaboration
- Respond quickly to urgent campaign moments, guiding teams with sound judgment and strategic focus
- Present new business proposals and support client expansion through data-informed pitches
