- Work closely with subject-matter experts to ensure successful implementation of strategic plans.
- Provide guidance and support during key implementation phases and go-live periods.
- Ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategic outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives.
- Communicate strategic plans and progress to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and subject-matter experts.
- Experience in managing teams and driving organizational growth.
- Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
- Ability to travel up to 15-20% of the time during key implementation phases and go-live support periods.
- Experience in education or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
