Responsibilities
- Directs the creation and implementation of the worldwide commercial strategy for the Heritage line, aligning with regional sales leads and cross-functional teams to ensure profitable and sustained growth.
- Works closely with global revenue operations, regional executives, and direct-to-consumer and wholesale teams to synchronize channel strategies and expand international market reach.
- Develops and maintains strategic relationships with global customers and distributors through long-term account planning that boosts revenue and strengthens brand presence overseas.
- Coordinates with product development, marketing, demand forecasting, and revenue teams to shape global product offerings, support localized segmentation, and execute international launch plans.
- Uses market data, distributor feedback, and regional insights to guide global sales, inventory, and operations planning, ensuring timely product availability in target markets.
- Advocates for international distributors, regional sales units, and key accounts by aligning internal teams around strategic initiatives and driving improvements in commercial performance.
- Promotes the use of standardized tools, sales processes, training programs, and execution frameworks to ensure consistency across regions and effective pipeline management.
- Oversees financial planning, budgeting, spending controls, and variance reviews to meet global profitability and revenue targets.
- Leads international sales teams by defining performance expectations, coaching managers, managing talent development, and guiding the hiring and integration of regional commercial leaders.
