Cushman & Wakefield Global, Inc is hiring a Managing Director, Data Centers, Project & Development Services (PDS). This role will join the Data Center Practice Group and partner with PDS Leadership to implement its strategic direction. You will act as a trusted business advisor for business development and operational plans.

What You'll Do

Lead business development for the Data Practice Group, identifying and cultivating internal and external client relationships.
Support RFP responses and presentations to sell Data Center Services for PDS.
Collaborate with market, regional, and account resources to develop assignment solutions, pricing models, and proposals.
Assist in resourcing personnel where specific markets or accounts lack appropriate project resources.
Chair monthly practice group meetings and conference calls with internal personnel.
Support PDS Leadership on operational models, risk mitigation, and strategic initiatives to grow the Data Center Practice Group.
Support the marketing of the PDS Data Center Practice Group to external client stakeholders and internal service lines.
Assist in creating and implementing standards for delivery, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
Deepen client insight by gathering information from clients and project teams to deliver outstanding service.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
15 to 20+ years of Design and Construction experience specifically in the Data Center industry.
Demonstrated experience managing Data Center projects of varying size and complexity, including strategic planning, entitlements, development, and renovations.
Experience collaborating on and supporting real estate transactions generally associated with Data Center projects.

Nice to Have

Advanced degrees, a General Contractor's license, Project Management Institute (PMP) designation, or LEED certification.
Knowledge and application of a disciplined Project Management process, such as Six Sigma.
