About the Role

GE HealthCare is hiring a Managing Director for Command Center Sales to drive new client acquisition and growth for our Command Center programs. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies and securing new business opportunities within hospital and health system leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Craft and implement aggressive sales strategies to identify, engage, and secure new business.
  • Personally create opportunities with qualified hospital and health system leadership who influence purchase decisions.
  • Provide input to help shape the business strategy.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to refine products and processes.
  • Navigate complex tasks in operational management, product management, and consulting using sophisticated judgment.
  • Articulate complex concepts effectively and steer colleagues and clients to consider alternative perspectives.

What We're Looking For

  • A Master's degree from an accredited university with 8 years experience OR a Bachelor's degree with 10 years experience in Services & Consulting.
  • Direct experience in hospital operations for a significant portion of your career with health systems.
  • Basic knowledge of health IT systems, EMR, and related technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Strong connection to the healthcare community with contacts to other healthcare professionals across the United States.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $192,000.00-$288,000.00 Annual.
