Wipro is seeking a Manager to drive integrated field marketing programs for the Health sector—encompassing healthcare, life sciences, and medical devices—in Americas 1. In this role, you will focus on pipeline acceleration, brand positioning, and account-based marketing, with an emphasis on leveraging AI-driven insights for campaign optimization.
What You'll Do
- Manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for assigned accounts, including custom newsletters, events, hackathons, Innovation Days, and customer-specific messaging.
- Manage client visits for assigned accounts.
- Align with GBL and Partner team counterparts on specific campaigns, events, and large deals.
- Partner closely with the Sector Growth team to identify priorities and deliver messages to target accounts as well as manage events.
- Assist the sales team with PPT needs and clean-up to support RFPs and client meetings.
- Ensure alignment with company priorities and carry messaging throughout campaigns, events, and other communications.
- Identify and help lead thought leadership opportunities for sector leadership including media, speaking engagements, and executive profiles.
- Use AI tools for predictive analytics, personalization, and campaign performance optimization.
- Track marketing-sourced pipeline, campaign ROI, and engagement metrics.
- Ensure alignment with sector budgets, track spends, and submit invoices for PO processing utilizing internal procurement systems.
- Work to bring the Wipro brand to the industry and identify new ways to strategically position the Wipro brand.
- Assist in the development of marketing plans for events, client visits, campaigns, and the overall sector marketing plan.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the Health pages on the website, ensuring content is current and adding new content as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI in marketing (e.g., personalization, automated content creation).
- Strong storytelling and project management skills.
