- Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
- Identify and resolve transaction roadblocks to prevent delays
- Collaborate with acquisition, title, and closing teams to streamline workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready transaction files
- Develop performance metrics for transaction team productivity
- Implement process improvements to reduce closing timelines
- Ensure consistent communication between departments involved in transactions
- Oversee quality assurance checks on transaction documents
- Train team members on updated procedures and compliance standards
- Manage vendor relationships related to closing services
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior leadership when necessary
- Prepare weekly transaction status reports for leadership review
- Support integration of new technology tools in transaction management
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and security protocols
- Coordinate with legal counsel on complex transaction matters
- Maintain transaction calendars and milestone tracking systems
- Facilitate smooth handoffs between transaction phases
