About the Role

The role involves managing end-to-end transaction operations, supervising processing teams, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of real estate transactions while maintaining regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination of property transaction lifecycles from offer acceptance to closing
  • Supervise transaction coordinators and ensure timely task completion
  • Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
  • Identify and resolve transaction roadblocks to prevent delays
  • Collaborate with acquisition, title, and closing teams to streamline workflows
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready transaction files
  • Develop performance metrics for transaction team productivity
  • Implement process improvements to reduce closing timelines
  • Ensure consistent communication between departments involved in transactions
  • Oversee quality assurance checks on transaction documents
  • Train team members on updated procedures and compliance standards
  • Manage vendor relationships related to closing services
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior leadership when necessary
  • Prepare weekly transaction status reports for leadership review
  • Support integration of new technology tools in transaction management
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy and security protocols
  • Coordinate with legal counsel on complex transaction matters
  • Maintain transaction calendars and milestone tracking systems
  • Facilitate smooth handoffs between transaction phases
  • Promote a culture of accountability and client focus within the team
  • Respond to client inquiries related to transaction progress
  • Evaluate team performance and recommend development plans
  • Standardize transaction checklists and workflow templates
  • Support onboarding of new team members in transaction processes
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience
