As Manager, Total Rewards, you will drive the strategy and execution of comprehensive rewards programs for employees across Canada, focusing on compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness. You will play a key role in modernizing frameworks to ensure they remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and management of compensation programs, including salary architecture, job grading, and annual pay cycles
- Oversee benefits and pension plans, manage vendor partnerships, and support employee understanding of offerings
- Strengthen recognition and wellbeing initiatives that reflect organizational values and support employee engagement
- Deliver actionable insights using market data and analytics to inform decisions on pay equity, competitiveness, and program performance
- Develop and lead a small, dedicated team, fostering collaboration, growth, and high performance
Qualifications
Candidates should bring demonstrated experience in Total Rewards with a focus on compensation strategy and market benchmarking. Strong analytical abilities, clear communication skills, and a collaborative leadership style are essential. Knowledge of benefits, pension structures, and wellness programming is required.
Experience in multi-site or complex organizational environments is preferred. Familiarity with unionized settings is an asset. Professional designations such as CPHR, CEBS, or CCP are considered advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $140,000 to $150,000. Additional elements include a pension plan with employer contributions, an employee stock purchase plan with company matching, and comprehensive health benefits covering medical, dental, short-term and long-term disability.
