Smile Digital Health is hiring a Manager, Technical Account Management to lead our team supporting clients across Canada. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our healthcare technology platform, and driving value for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Technical Account Managers serving clients in Canada.
- Develop and manage customer success plans to ensure client objectives are met.
- Act as an escalation point for critical customer issues and drive them to resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product direction.
- Track and report on key account health metrics and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing a technical account management or customer success team.
- Strong background in a B2B enterprise software or SaaS environment, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and translate client needs into solutions.
- Experience with project management and cross-functional leadership.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience in the health IT sector or with healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR).
- Fluency in both English and French.
