About the Role

Wiz is hiring a Manager, Technical Account Management to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers in the ANZ region. In this role, you will oversee a team of highly skilled Technical Account Managers, serving as the critical bridge between customers and the broader Wiz organization to streamline collaboration across Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Support.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of TAMs, providing technical and strategic guidance to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Renewals, and Marketing teams on at-scale customer programs to drive retention and growth.
  • Manage account escalations to ensure timely and well-coordinated resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date functional and technical knowledge of the Wiz platform and monitor news related to emerging cloud security threats.
  • Help customers maximize their Wiz investment by directing them to the right resources.
  • Measure customer achievement via a data-driven approach and report findings internally and externally.
  • Identify and address technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical escalations quickly.
  • Advocate for customer needs across various internal departments.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience as a TAM, Solutions Engineer, or in a related customer-facing technical role.
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical, customer-facing teams.
  • Practical understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their associated security considerations.
  • A proven track record of mentoring and managing high-performing technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • A B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship.

Nice to Have

  • Cloud Service Provider (CSP) level certifications, such as Certified Solutions Architect or Certified DevOps Engineer.
