Perfetti Van Melle is looking for a Sr. Manager, Talent Management to enhance the attraction, development, and retention of our team. This role implements actions supporting workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the execution of key talent programs, including training and talent pools, with annual project plans.
- Develop and enhance program materials, provide communications and education, and train HR business partners.
- Deploy global employer branding materials in partnership with the Americas Business Unit Talent Director.
- Implement core talent, performance management, and engagement programs and initiatives.
- Run recruitment, onboarding, leadership development, professional development, and career path programs.
- Partner with the Americas Business Unit Center of Excellence to support the Perfetti culture.
- Support HRBPs in delivering core talent activities like the performance cycle, talent reviews, and engagement surveys.
- Support change management frameworks across the organization.
- Review key metrics and create action plans for turnover, new hire turnover, exit interviews, and recognition.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in talent management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
- Experience deploying engagement and pulse surveys and conducting focus groups.
- Experience implementing talent programs.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a multinational environment with exposure to America markets.
