About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent for a remote team. This role will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans. Responsibilities

- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and generate reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to hiring and employment.
- Participate in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse workforce.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process.
- Create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
