About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent for a remote team. This role will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, experience with remote hiring, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and define staffing needs.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates through phone interviews, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate the interview process and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and generate reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to hiring and employment.
  • Participate in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse workforce.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process.
  • Create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with company goals and values.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of recruitment efforts.
