Responsibilities
- Demonstrate hands-on leadership by building and deploying robust applications with Angular, Java, and AWS Lambda.
- Guide the product development lifecycle by aligning with product and executive teams to define goals, shape minimum viable products, and rapidly iterate using customer insights.
- Coach and develop engineers by advancing technical skills and promoting a mindset centered on product impact, including navigating challenging interpersonal discussions.
- Uphold rigorous engineering standards focused on system reliability, automated testing, monitoring, fault tolerance, and maintainable code practices.
- Collaborate effectively across functions and time zones with product and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Enable rapid yet secure delivery through progressive deployment strategies and continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Create clear, forward-looking technology roadmaps by working closely with engineering leads and product counterparts.
