What You'll Do
Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives, setting clear performance goals tied to pipeline generation, conversion rates, and meeting commitments. Guide hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development to build a motivated and results-driven team.
Design and refine prospecting strategies, including scalable outbound and inbound playbooks, cadences, and processes that ensure consistent, high-quality outreach. Monitor team activity and pipeline metrics closely, using data insights to identify trends, optimize performance, and address challenges.
Ensure seamless collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations, aligning messaging and lead handoff processes to improve conversion across the funnel. Promote a culture of continuous feedback through regular 1:1s, call reviews, role-playing, and team training to strengthen individual and team capabilities.
Champion operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance productivity and scalability. Support career progression for team members and maintain accurate reporting in CRM and engagement platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in sales or sales leadership, with direct experience managing or scaling SDR teams
- Proven track record in developing and executing effective prospecting frameworks and sales development processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions and improve outcomes
- Excellent coaching and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on talent development and team engagement
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
- Fluency in both English and French required

- Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot
