Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, FP&A, finance, or a related analytical/operational role
- Strong attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive, high-impact data and calculations
- Ability to manage recurring processes with deadlines, controls, and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator who can work effectively with senior leaders and non-finance partners
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and improving processes as the business evolves
Nice to Have
- Experience with sales compensation tools such as SPIFF, CaptivateIQ, Varicent, or similar platforms, with strong preference for SPIFF experience
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, Sigma, or similar systems
- WorldatWork Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
