The Manager, Risk & Supply Chain Controls plays a key role in strengthening the integrity and efficiency of global operations. You will lead the design and implementation of standardized asset control frameworks, ensuring consistency across regions and alignment with compliance standards and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and address risks in global hire stock and supply chain processes through proactive evaluation and corrective action planning.
- Lead the rollout of uniform asset control practices worldwide, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory expectations.
- Develop and maintain global operating procedures for supply chain functions, with a focus on control reliability and audit readiness.
- Create and manage a Global Supply Chain Control Health Scorecard to monitor performance and trigger timely interventions.
- Define the digital roadmap for asset tracking and control, supporting automation and data-driven decision-making across facilities.
- Support the development of a resilient business continuity strategy for asset management functions on a global scale.
- Drive automation in data collection and reconciliation processes to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and bring 7–10 years of experience in finance, audit, or controls within a performance-focused environment. Fluency in English is required. A CPA or MBA is preferred, along with demonstrated success in change management and cross-market process harmonization. Proficiency in a European language is an asset.
