Responsibilities

- Define and share the team’s technical and functional roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and report on team activities and progress transparently.
- Ensure the team achieves shared goals while promoting fairness and collaboration.
- Anticipate operational challenges, develop resource plans, and encourage innovative improvements.
- Manage resources effectively, balancing business priorities with cost efficiency.
- Collaboratively resolve production support issues and customer inquiries in a timely and respectful manner.
- Partner with development, architecture, solutions, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure systems emphasize quality, stability, and performance.
- Contribute to reducing the environmental impact of tested applications and QA activities.
- Provide resources and guidance for implementing test strategies defined by QA leadership and Principal QA engineers.
- Take on leadership responsibilities when required, ensuring the team remains supported and successful.
- Foster open, timely, and two-way communication to keep all team members informed, engaged, and connected to organizational updates.
