PSI CRO is looking for a Manager, Project Finance Management to join our team. This role is for an experienced finance professional in the clinical research industry who will be responsible for managing clinical project budgeting, negotiating and analyzing budgets, and providing support with bids and contract management.
What You'll Do
- Develop study budgets, including preparation for bids and change of order budgets for on-going projects.
- Manage the study budget throughout the clinical project duration, including setup and maintenance of project finance information in internal systems, preparation of accrual reports, and requests for invoices.
- Develop Sponsor Contracts, including preparation of agreements and change orders, and development of payment schedules.
- Manage the timesheet system, including setup and maintenance of project-specific timesheets and regular reconciliation of actual vs budget costs.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in global study budgeting and contract management within a CRO or Pharma environment.
- Education in Finance or Economics, or commensurate and relevant training.
- Experience in project budgeting, budget negotiation, budget analysis (actual vs. planned), forecasts, project scope management, and mapping to different budget grids.
- Knowledge of time tracking systems and budgeting systems/tools.
- Computer literacy, including professional/advanced user skills in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in both English and Estonian.
- Ability to produce accurate and timely financial reports.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to train others.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
