PointClickCare is hiring a Manager, Product Support Leads. This role is responsible for managing and developing the team of Product Support Leads who are instrumental in guiding our customer support operations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop the team of Product Support Leads.
  • Set team direction, goals, and strategies for the Product Support function.
  • Oversee the support lead team's performance and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and customer outcomes.
  • Analyze support metrics to drive quality and efficiency improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a management role leading support or customer success teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members.
  • Experience with setting and tracking team performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
  • Ability to strategize and implement improvements to support operations.

Work Mode

This role operates in a global work mode and is open to candidates based in the United States and Canada.
