PointClickCare is hiring a Manager, Product Support Leads. This role is responsible for managing and developing the team of Product Support Leads who are instrumental in guiding our customer support operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the team of Product Support Leads.
- Set team direction, goals, and strategies for the Product Support function.
- Oversee the support lead team's performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and customer outcomes.
- Analyze support metrics to drive quality and efficiency improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a management role leading support or customer success teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members.
- Experience with setting and tracking team performance metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
- Ability to strategize and implement improvements to support operations.
