Lead the technical direction and engineering excellence for Kyte, a SaaS invoicing solution designed for freelancers and small businesses. In this role, you'll manage a team of software engineers, guiding both people and technology to deliver reliable, scalable systems that meet real user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the full lifecycle of software development, from planning to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
- Coach and develop engineering talent through regular feedback, career planning, and hands-on mentorship.
- Collaborate across functions to coordinate product launches, integrate systems, and maintain seamless workflows.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and performance tracking to maintain delivery efficiency.
- Champion DevOps principles, automation, and cloud infrastructure to improve speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, security practices, and modern software frameworks across all stages of development.
- Facilitate decision-making in a matrixed environment, communicating clearly with stakeholders and leadership teams.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in product software engineering, with a strong foundation in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
