What You'll Do
Oversee a team responsible for implementing and supporting enterprise-grade security technology, guiding customers through deployment, configuration, and ongoing operational use. Provide direct technical leadership during critical phases of platform rollout and ensure service delivery meets performance and reliability standards. Collaborate with internal engineering and response teams to align customer deployments with broader security initiatives.
Lead project planning and execution, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining visibility across timelines and deliverables. Mentor team members to strengthen technical depth and client engagement skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Develop training materials and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to keep the team current on evolving platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in IT deployment or customer-facing technical roles
- Minimum of 3 years managing technical teams and guiding direct reports
- Deep familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating environments
- Proven expertise in security technologies, including EDR, AV, and endpoint protection platforms
- Strong command of scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash
- Experience with configuration management systems like SCCM, Puppet, or Chef
- Proficiency in cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Skilled in problem solving, project coordination, and customer relationship management
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for on-site engagements
