Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Manager, People Technology UKG to lead, optimize, and innovate our HR technology systems. In this role, you will have a primary focus on timekeeping and scheduling platforms, collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT to drive process excellence and ensure an exceptional employee experience. The position blends strategic oversight with hands-on management of system deployment, post-implementation stabilization, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, functional oversight, and operational excellence of the timekeeping and scheduling platform.
- Manage post-deployment stabilization and optimization of UKG, including architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure continuous process improvement, automation, and high-quality service delivery for HR operations.
- Monitor service performance using KPIs, KRIs, SLAs, and cost metrics, escalating issues or risks as necessary.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT leadership to deliver system releases, enhancements, and updates.
- Collaborate on data collection, analysis, and reporting to support strategic HR planning.
- Oversee integrations, workflows, dashboards, and security processes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Develop and maintain training materials, conduct employee education, and provide technical guidance.
- Maintain awareness of HR technology trends and participate in relevant professional communities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading HR technology platforms, with specialized experience in UKG.
- Deep understanding of HR, payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling processes, including operational and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to manage complex systems and process improvements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including managing teams, driving results, and fostering collaboration.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in an agile environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of accountability for achieving goals and meeting deadlines.

- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with Workday and healthcare operations strongly preferred.
