Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Chief Pharmacy and Logistics Officer and their leadership team.
- Work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with operational goals and ensure measurable business results.
- Lead initiatives in employee engagement, performance support, talent growth, and organizational structure within the pharmacy division.
- Guide managers in performance management, feedback techniques, team development, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Promote a positive and compliant workplace by applying policies fairly and maintaining open communication.
- Manage full-cycle employee relations issues, including timely and impartial investigations, documentation, risk assessment, and action recommendations in accordance with policies and employment law.
- Partner with teams in Performance & Growth, Compensation, Recruiting, and Legal to tailor programs for pharmacy and logistics operations.
- Support organizational change by guiding leadership through periods of growth, restructuring, and operational transitions.
- Use employee data and trend analysis to create forward-looking strategies that improve workforce outcomes.
- Champion organizational culture by promoting inclusivity, compliance, and high performance across teams.

- Requires consistent onsite presence during core business hours to effectively support a fully in-person workforce.
- Regular travel required to pharmacy sites in Florida and California (approximately 10 times per year).
