Lead and shape the future of cloud transformation delivery by managing a dedicated team of EPM and ERP consultants based in Belfast. In this role, you will ensure consistent, high-quality execution of cloud implementation projects across Europe, while building a strong, collaborative delivery center aligned with global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of cloud consultants, overseeing performance, workload balance, and professional development
- Ensure project delivery meets defined timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes across project lifecycles
- Serve as escalation point for delivery challenges and coordinate resolution with practice leaders
- Lead resource planning and staffing coordination with European project leaders
- Monitor team utilization and key performance metrics, reporting insights to senior management
- Strengthen collaboration between the Belfast delivery center and broader European teams
- Act as the primary internal representative for the Belfast team across the European practice
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have at least eight years of hands-on experience implementing EPM or ERP cloud platforms, including a minimum of three years in a formal leadership role. Fluency in English is required.
Preference will be given to those with experience in top-tier consulting firms and structured delivery frameworks. Familiarity with Oracle EPM/ERP, OneStream, Workday, or SAP is essential. Strong business analysis capabilities—including requirements gathering, system configuration, data modeling, and process design—are expected.
Proven success in leading distributed teams, managing performance, resolving conflict, and cultivating high-performance cultures is highly valued. Professional proficiency in another European language is a plus.
Work Environment
This role is based in Belfast with a blended delivery model—combining local team collaboration with periodic travel to client sites across Europe for key project phases such as kick-offs, design workshops, and go-live support.
