Responsibilities
- Create and execute business area-specific strategies for digital transformation to enhance manufacturing and supply chain efficiency
- Serve as the primary liaison for project teams involved in digital initiatives
- Examine intricate operational datasets to uncover areas for performance enhancement
- Supervise the incorporation of Industry 4.0 solutions such as IoT, artificial intelligence, and machine learning into current operations
- Work closely with business area operations, corporate sector units, and local teams to ensure consistent deployment of digital tools
- Organize, manage, and support digital implementation projects at the local level
- Lead change management activities to support effective adoption of new digital systems and workflows
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate digitalization outcomes and provide updates to executive management
- Keep current with evolving technologies and market developments to sustain competitive advantage in digital operations
