We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Manager Operation Digitalization to join our BA SSL central team of Manufacturing Process & Equipment Engineering in Changzhou, China. In this pivotal role, you will develop and lead our organization's digital transformation initiatives, driving operational excellence through innovative technologies and data-driven strategies. - Develop and implement BA specific digital transformation strategies and roadmaps to optimize manufacturing operations and supply chain processes - Main contact person for the respective project teams - Analyze complex operational data to identify improvement opportunities - Oversee the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, and machine learning, into existing operational processes - Collaborate with BA operations team, CT Group Sector and local teams to ensure seamless implementation of digital solutions - Plan, coordinate, support and foster local digital realization projects - Drive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new digital processes and tools - Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digitalization efforts and report on progress to senior leadership - Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain the organization's competitive edge in the digital landscape
