About the Client Our partner is a dynamically expanding marketing and technological enterprise that empowers organizations to enhance customer interactions, optimize operational workflows, and accelerate growth through sophisticated digital marketing and Salesforce solutions. They are seeking an experienced executive to manage a high-caliber cross-functional Salesforce implementation team. Role Overview: The Salesforce Implementation Director will strategically guide a geographically distributed team of Salesforce professionals, encompassing consultants, developers, administrators, solution architects, and marketing automation specialists. This pivotal role involves accurately scoping projects, ensuring effective execution, maintaining rigorous delivery timelines, and consistently meeting client expectations and quality benchmarks. The Director will streamline team processes, proactively manage escalations, and drive outstanding customer satisfaction. Requirements: - 7+ years of comprehensive Salesforce implementation expertise (consulting or client-side) - 3+ years leading technical or consulting teams, particularly in remote or dispersed environments - Extensive knowledge of Salesforce product suite: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (MCAE & MCE) - Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects and large-scale client engagements - Proficiency in resource planning, time tracking, utilization reporting, and delivery performance metrics - Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution capabilities - Ability to operate effectively across strategic and tactical organizational levels Nice to Have Qualifications: - Relevant Salesforce certifications - Experience within Salesforce partner agencies or professional services organizations - Proficiency with project management platforms (Asana, Monday, Wrike, etc.) - Experience managing teams across US, LATAM, or offshore locations Benefits: - Salary: Commencing at 4,000+ USD monthly, competitively structured and negotiable based on experience and qualifications - Full-time position, Monday to Friday (EST business hours 8:00AM-5:00PM) - 10 annual working days of Paid Time off (PTO) - 100% Remote work environment - Independent Contractor status Eligibility Criteria: This position exclusively considers candidates residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries.
