Mary's Meals International is hiring a Manager of Partnerships for Mary's Meals Canada. In this role, you will lead our national engagement strategy for Catholic churches, other faith communities, schools, university clubs, youth groups, young adult ministries, volunteers, community groups, and grassroots ambassadors. Your work will strengthen awareness, deepen community involvement, and inspire widespread participation in the mission of feeding children through education.
What You'll Do
- Create presentations, toolkits, and engagement resources for faith and youth audiences.
- Represent MMC at churches, conferences, events, and school programs.
- Develop and deliver annual engagement plans with diocesan and parish partners.
- Support and grow MMC’s volunteer and ambassador network.
- Provide training, stewardship, and resources to empower volunteers.
- Create volunteer pathways such as regional leaders, event hosts, and digital ambassadors.
- Recognize and celebrate volunteer contributions.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities aligned with MMC’s mission.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to amplify community stories.
- Develop content for newsletters, social media, and campaigns.
- Equip volunteers and partners to confidently share the Mary’s Meals story.
- Collaborate with MMC team members on campaigns and shared initiatives.
- Contribute to national strategies that support the organization's mission and goals.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in community engagement, youth ministry, faith-based partnerships, or volunteer coordination.
- Presentation and communication skills with confidence speaking to groups.
- Experience mobilizing communities, volunteers, or youth groups.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with CRM or digital engagement tools.
- A valid driver’s license with ability to travel across Canada, particularly Ontario and Alberta.
Nice to Have
- Located in the GTA or Calgary, where volunteer activity is most concentrated.
- Familiarity with Catholic communities and ability to build rapport across diverse faith backgrounds.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $75,000 annually.
