Republic Services is seeking a Manager of ES Customer Support to lead a team ensuring the smooth acceptance and disposal of hazardous waste. In this remote role, you will manage Customer Support Specialists and serve as a critical interface between regulators, customers, our sales force, and operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day activities and performance of Customer Support Specialists.
- Handle complex issues regarding the company's service offerings.
- Interface directly with regulators, customers, the sales force, and operations teams.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive background in hazardous waste management and regulations.
- Extensive background in leadership and team management.
