Responsibilities

- Oversee compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for support procedures and protocols
- Respond to escalated customer issues and ensure resolution
- Support onboarding of new clients into hazardous waste management systems
- Ensure data integrity in customer service and compliance tracking systems

- Identify training gaps and coordinate learning initiatives
