Oscar Health is looking for a Manager of Member Experience Optimization to join our mission to change health care. In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team to solve business problems by identifying, assessing, and optimizing internal processes to enhance the member experience.
What You'll Do
- Be the example of a continuous improvement mindset, providing direction and influence to drive organizational behavior change.
- Demonstrate the proper approach to implementing Continuous Improvement Tools aligned to industry standards.
- Partner with leaders across the business to support core operational improvements and influence partner priorities.
- Optimize processes in service of improving the member experience.
- Use and implement programmatic frameworks and tools, adjusting your approach based on measured outcomes across multiple improvement projects.
- Create and sustain foundational stability while ensuring scalability within your responsibilities.
- Use process improvement best practices, such as Lean and Six Sigma principles, to engineer and implement organizational processes.
- Provide clear context through Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), process maps, standard operating procedures, and policy documents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience.
- 4+ years of work experience in operations.
- 4+ years of work experience in health insurance or healthcare.
- 3+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, or other data analytics tools.
- 3+ years of experience with end-to-end project management.
- 3+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and standing up accompanying operating and technical procedures.
Nice to Have
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
- 3+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Theory of Constraints.

- Compensation: $108,000 - $141,750 per year (CA, CT, NJ, NY, WA); $97,200 - $127,575 per year (all other listed states).
