Oscar Health is looking for a Manager of Member Experience Optimization to join our mission to change health care. In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team to solve business problems by identifying, assessing, and optimizing internal processes to enhance the member experience.

What You'll Do

Be the example of a continuous improvement mindset, providing direction and influence to drive organizational behavior change.
Demonstrate the proper approach to implementing Continuous Improvement Tools aligned to industry standards.
Partner with leaders across the business to support core operational improvements and influence partner priorities.
Optimize processes in service of improving the member experience.
Use and implement programmatic frameworks and tools, adjusting your approach based on measured outcomes across multiple improvement projects.
Create and sustain foundational stability while ensuring scalability within your responsibilities.
Use process improvement best practices, such as Lean and Six Sigma principles, to engineer and implement organizational processes.
Provide clear context through Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), process maps, standard operating procedures, and policy documents.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

What We're Looking For

A bachelor's degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience.
4+ years of work experience in operations.
4+ years of work experience in health insurance or healthcare.
3+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, or other data analytics tools.
3+ years of experience with end-to-end project management.
3+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and standing up accompanying operating and technical procedures.

Nice to Have

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
3+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Theory of Constraints.

Compensation: $108,000 - $141,750 per year (CA, CT, NJ, NY, WA); $97,200 - $127,575 per year (all other listed states).
